Our History – Over A Century of DC Power Experience and Expertise
Exponential Power was built on the strong foundations of ten leading companies, uniting Storage Battery Systems (SBS), Nolan Power Group (NPG), Quality Standby Services (QSS), Summit Power Systems (SPS), Static Power, Dry Creek Critical Battery Solutions, MaeTec Power, LLC, Elite Technologies & Communications, Power Product Services (PPS), and DC Kilowatts, Inc. Together, we deliver industry-leading service and advanced technology, guided by experts who have been driving innovation in Stationary and Motive Power applications since 1915.
Our journey, which began in 1915, took a pivotal turn in 2014 when SBS and SPS joined forces to broaden our product offerings and customized solutions in the motive power and material handling markets.
In 2018, SBS and Nolan Power, two established leaders in power solutions, merged to expand our service network and provide a more diverse range of advanced products and technologies to the stationary power industry.
The acquisition of Quality Standby Services in 2019 further solidified our leadership, allowing us to enhance our offerings in the data center and telecom sectors while maintaining our renowned reliability in standby power solutions.
Now united as Exponential Power, we honor the legacy of each company by continuing to deliver excellence in every interaction. Though our name has evolved and our expertise has grown, our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions remains our promise to you.
