Book your travel
Each attendee is responsible for booking travel to and from Denver through the normal company process.

The meeting concludes after lunch on September 23. Note: Denver airport is approximately 40 minutes from the hotel, so plan your departure accordingly.
Check in, pick up your badge, and get settled
Second floor, outside Mt. Elbert
After checking into the hotel, stop at the sales meeting registration table outside the main meeting room to pick up your name badge and meeting materials.

Check in at the Grand Hyatt Denver front desk. Your room will be part of the Exponential Power group block.

Go to the second floor and look for the registration table outside Mt. Elbert.
Opening dinner
Join the team in Mt. Blue Sky on the second floor. Dinner begins at 6:00 PM.

Before you leave
- Book your travel to and from Denver through the normal company process.
- Plan to arrive in time for Monday's opening dinner at 6:00 PM.
- Do not contact the hotel to reserve your room. The company group block is being handled for you.
- Plan your return travel for after lunch on Wednesday, accounting for approximately 40 minute travel time. The meeting wraps by 1:00 PM.
- Bring a sport coat/evening attire for Tuesday's awards dinner.
- Come ready to participate in workshops, discussions and business unit breakouts.
