Be at the Grand Hyatt Denver in time for the opening dinner at 6:00 PM on September 21. Any travel or hotel related issues, call our meeting planner Monica Compton (770) 331-2187.

Each attendee is responsible for booking travel to and from Denver through the normal company process.

Depart Wednesday

The meeting concludes after lunch on September 23. Note: Denver airport is approximately 40 minutes from the hotel, so plan your departure accordingly.

From Denver International Airport The hotel is approximately 26.6 miles from DEN. Rideshare and taxi service are available. For public transit, take RTD's A Line from Denver International Airport to Union Station. The trip takes approximately 37 minutes and an Airport Day Pass is $10. From Union Station, take the free 16th Street FreeRide toward Civic Center, get off at Welton Street, and walk approximately 1½ blocks to the Grand Hyatt. Before you leave

  • Book your travel to and from Denver through the normal company process.
  • Plan to arrive in time for Monday's opening dinner at 6:00 PM.
  • Do not contact the hotel to reserve your room. The company group block is being handled for you.
  • Plan your return travel for after lunch on Wednesday, accounting for approximately 40 minute travel time. The meeting wraps by 1:00 PM.
  • Bring a sport coat/evening attire for Tuesday's awards dinner.
